I am just so excited! We haven't even got to meet them yet, but after the new year we will get to move them close to home so that we can visit them and make them know how much they are loved.
Shadyside Farm is located in north eastern Indiana at the south end of Dekalb County. The original farm was founded in approximately 1890. The farm is still active today and is used for the growing crops and livestock. In the past the livestock has included cattle, pigs and chickens. As of today the farm will support both cattle and alpacas. This blog is specifically being created for the sole purpose of documenting the addition of the alpacas to our farm.
